Oh my goodness!! There is nothing like the excitement in a house on Christmas morning! The kids just bubble Christmas Eve in anticipation of the next day. I think the kids were up by 4 or 5 am this year. Eli joined us at 6 and we started opening the gifts. Eli's favorite for quite a while was his bell that Santa put in his stocking. Ava and Jake both got the American Girl dolls they asked for. Brad got a tablet, Ethan a new ipod, I got new running shoes and Dennis a running outfit. Everyone received so much and we had a good time together. We always start out our morning by singing a Christmas hymn and saying a prayer of gratitude for our Savior.

Ashlyn got an American Girl doll too! They'll have to play together this summer. Glad you were feeling well enough to enjoy the day.
Isn't Christmas magical? Love all the happy smiles. My girls both like that brand of shoe the best! Here's to reclaiming our bodies in 2013!!
i sure hope so--dennis and i signed up to do a duathalon together in april. run-bike-run. hope i can be ready for it!!
