Ethan has lost 30 lbs!!! At the beginning of the school year he weighed 185 lbs and now he only weighs 156lbs. He is so happy with himself. He is taking a weightlifting class at school and plays basketball for usually an hour a day.
Dennis has signed up to run a ragnar race with a group of friends from church and is working out every day at 5am. And my boys aren't the only ones having fun. I've finally decided to get moving again and have been working out every morning. I've only lost 8 lbs so far but I feel so much better about myself (even with such a miniscule amount lost). Wish us luck!

Way to go Ethan! It seems that it just has to be a way of life. Healthy choices and activity. Why oh why can't the things I crave be a healthy choice! Good luck to you all!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! It's such a hard thing. Just don't do what I did...I started hearing how good I looked and how I kept losing weight so I relaxed and gained 5 lbs! YUCK!!! Keep up the good work. Love all the new posts. So fun that you and Ava were able to go to that birthday party. Do you think you can make it to Ashlyn's--it's only a few more hours...!
let's see ellie, 10 hours vs. 3 hmmmm! actually, mom was just saying yesterday that she still cant believe that we drove to texas. she said she wasn't up to that again but maybe arizona;)
funny story . . . ethan apparently cannot read a scale right (or step on it correctly;) and has not lost 30 pounds but 5! oh my goodness, i haven't laughed so hard in a long time:) what a boy!

Andrew loves the class, and has already registered to take weightlifting 2 for next school year. He loves it! I've gotten back into a daily workout at the gym, too. I refuse to step on any scale for now. I am going to wait until April 1 to step on any scale! Go figure someone will adjust the weight on the scale and the joke will be on me! LOL
