A few weeks ago Dennis and Ethan ran the Willowcreek 5k at Ethan's middle school. Ethan got credit for doing it and even though running isn't his favorite thing did very well. Dennis, of course, just had to beat Ethan and his friend but Ethan came across the finish line in 22 minutes!!
These two were also going to the Legacy Center to work out at night but now that Ethan is doing a summer basketball league he hasn't been going with his Dad as much. He sure loves to play ball!

That is such a good time. My first one I finished in 29 minutes so he killed me!! I am not a fast runner at all. They no longer look like father and son but just two guys hanging out. Ethan has gotten so tall!
Ethan is definitely all grown up now. I just have to try and still beat him where I can because I know shortly he will pass me up
