After bowling with Brad, I went back to mom and dad's to pick up the shrimpy girl, Ava, and Dave came in. Mom and dad were taking him to Porter's Place in Lehi for his birthday and they invited Ava and me to join them. We of course didn't refuse. The place was built in 1910 and we think the dust on the decorations has been building since then. Such a fun place to go to though.
We all had a good visit and Ava only spilled one big mug of water. She had to hold grandma and grandpas' hands on the way out.

That's a good picture of Dave. I wish mom would realize a smile is not going to kill her!!! Glad you got to join the birthday celebration.
me too. dave is so much like dad. never wants to put anybody out, very careful not to offend anyone.
i think i snapped the shot when mom wasn't quite ready-she probably wouldn't have smiled anyway.
I can't believe how skinny dad is getting. Looks like he needed to go to Porters place!! I have such memories of that place when I worked at ADP. I am glad Dave got to have his steak.
