Ava's birthday lunch


Ava girl was so excited about her special 8th birthday. She knew she could have a friend party this year instead of just her family and was pretty happy about that. She also asked if I would come to her school and bring her lunch and eat it there with her. I called the school and they said it would be great to do that. (My boys never asked me to do that-I don't think the charter school did that). So, she requested Chick-Fil-A for lunch and asked if I would bring M&M cookies from the bakery to her class. So Eli and I ran around getting presents, cookies, and lunch for this girl on the 19th. It was so cute to see her around her friends at school and how proud she was of Eli. She took him with her and introduced him to all her friends. The cookies were a big hit with the class as well. Can't go wrong with chocolate cookies with M&M's!

My boys used to love me to come have lunch with them and I remember the day that ended. 7th grade! It was no longer girl to acknowledge your mother when you were hanging with kids at school. Glad you were able to go and make Ava feel so loved and I agree who doesn't love M & M's (even thought they are so expensive to quote Grandma)
