When Deanna came for two weeks, she and Dennis and Don went for a bike ride around Utah Lake. It was the first time Dennis went 100 miles. Deanna and Don have done it quite a bit. They had a good time and after they got back, they took the kids swimming for a few hours. Wish I had just a smidge of their energy!! (Oh, in case you can't tell, Dennis is on the right and Don's in the middle;)

Those kind of people make me sick!!! Just kidding, they are all awesome. Don looks sinewy! I want to look sinewy. Next time you see me you can say that about me even if it's not entirely true, and who are we kidding, we saw the baby pictures sinewy I am not!! But we all need a goal, right?
you're so funny. i don't think "sinewy" is a word in our family vocabulary;) i would have to live on a can of kidney beans and 2 hrs of exercise a day in order to look sinewy.
Oh, Nichole, that is so funny! I don't think "sinewy" is in my family's vocabulary either. A 100 mile bike ride? That is truly fabulous...and maybe a tiny bit crazy. But still great!
