Okay, I really do not sew and you can tell I honestly mean that when you take a gander at our pathetic little felt ornaments! I can not even do a simple blanket stitch that is supposed to be so easy. I did make Jake and Brad stitch most of their trees but the sad thing is, I can't tell where their stitching ends and mine begins. I did manage to put their initials on the back of their trees. Ethan did a face on his snowman and then left with his quorum to visit a few boys. So two done, four more to go! They were all excited about these little ornaments so I guess it's worth it.

I think they are adorable. Ours are coming out a little less perfect than the examples but we are just having a great time and it forces me in the bustle of this time to actually make time for one on two with they boys. I think that is what they are loving the most. For one hour they have my undivided attention!
They look so cute! You should have done it with grandma and grandpa and had the pro give a couple of lessons!!! I don't know if mine would have looked much better. Good job girls! These are things Ashlyn would love to do. Justin probably too but not sure about Tanner.
i think the kids have enjoyed having mom work with them too. it has been a fun little project. even ethan has gotten into it and is sewing more details on his snowman than the boys did on their trees.
